For the past couple of years while living in Alaska, I have been playing on the summer softball league. Last year I played on a co-ed team and a women's team. Our women's team won the city tournament last year and we're almost all back this year, so hopefully it will be the same for us this year! Our co-ed team should also do well.
Monday night was our first co-ed game, and lets just say it was a little rough! We haven't had a chance to practice or anything and it showed! I hadn't thrown or swung a bat in about 8-9 months, so I was a little off! We lost the game, but not by too far. It was one of those games where the team that wins is the team that beats itself less! Not exactly a high level of softball game playing. Well, we've got the rest of the summer to improve!

Sadly enough, no! I felt like I was running the bases in slow motion! It was even too far to run to the outfield!
Grease the clutch and oil the engine, might help ya shift out of 1st! :)
